Herbs

Herbs have been considered to be food containing vitamins, minerals and trace elements in natural balance. The use of herbs as a way to rebalance the system is one of our oldest forms of healing, and traditional herbal practices is still a predominant form of treatment in today’s world.  The appropriate use of herbs is only one of many healthy alternatives to help balance your system.  Herbs are used for their properties such as stimulating, calming, diuretic, and laxative effects.  Your kitchen is probably filled with herbs like tumeric, black pepper, garlic, and lemon balm to name a few.  The more common forms that herbs come in are  fresh, dried, capsule, tincture, and tea.
