Proper nutrition is essential for your body to function optimally. Our bodies need oxygen, clean water and nourishment. Without adequate nourishment of these 3 requirements our bodies struggle to meet its needs. Incorporate fresh foods each day into your meals, try to exercise 3 days each week, and drink 1/2 your body’s weight in ounces of clean water.

Eat organic foods when possible, and try to avoid chemicals in your foods and skin care products. It is amazing how good you can feel when you give yourself nutrient rich foods with lots of raw materials for you body to use.
