Naturopathy

(Naturopathic Consultation and Evaluation) :

Traditional Naturopathic Doctors believe that the inherent design of the body has the natural ability to heal itself when given what is needed both internally and externally.  Traditional ND’s are trained specialists who use non-invasive natural approaches, such as vitamins, minerals, herbs, homeopathics and dietary changes to create a healthy environment in the body.  We also believe in the relationship between the body (physical), mind (mental), and spirit (spiritual).  My intent is to provide you with educational information for the purpose of assisting you with the lifestyle changes, recommendations, and decisions necessary to regain and maintain an environment for a healthy, balanced body.

There are many ways to analyze the complex body, during your visit analysis may be made by using:

  • Comprehensive Intake
  • Iridology
  • Muscle Response Testing
  • Tongue, Face & Nail Analysis
  • Japanese Hara
  • Urine Analysis

Recommendations may be made in these areas:

  • Diet
  • Nutrition
  • Herbs
  • Enzymes
  • Homeopathy
  • Lifestyle Changes
  • Bach Flower Remedies
  • Supplements

What can you expect:

When you come in for an ND evaluation we will discuss lifestyle habits, diet, eating habits, stress, exercise, health history and any imbalance you are currently experiencing.  The evaluation will involve an assessment by using the techniques listed above.  Upon gathering this information, I will make recommendations that will help bring your body back to balance.  I respect the balance of the body and only intend to use supplements, herbs, etc. as necessary.

The forms that are filled out help me to understand what is going on in your life so that I may better help you reach your goals.  My goal is to help you in every way I can and to educate you along the way so that you are empowered with knowledge.
